Join the sunset cruise and have dinner at the Rice Boat Restaurant or the barbeque.Day 2: Early morning start with Yoga with a theoretical session followed by Yoga Asanas. After a light vegetarian breakfast head to the Tamara Spa and begin the Dinacharya this is beneficial for the eyes, nose, ears, skin and head. Follow this with a light vegetarian lunch. After resting for 2 hours go on a visit of Cochin. Returns for Dinner at the Dolphins Point.Day 3: Follow the same routine.
