Kulirmala is a spectacular hill situated near Perinthalmanna. Kulir means cold or chillness; not a simple chillness but a happy mood creating chillness. Mala is hill or mountain. This is the highest point in Perinthalmanna and from here we can view the complete area! The place is rich with verdant landscapes and water springs. Local people believe that the mythological character of Hanuman had been here once upon a time and they still believe the huge mark on the hill as the foot-mark of Hanuman.
